One of these is the Club Astoria Lounge Service which includes speedy check-in and check-out assistance for foreign exchange, message handling, mailing and courier services (with applicable charges), lost luggage assistance, transportation (with applicable charges), city tour and sightseeing (care of Travel Agencies), shopping/entertainment destinations assistance, flight booking, reconfirmation and change of reservation assistance (with applicable charges), grocery shopping assistance (with applicable service fee), information and queries handling.
Furthermore, Club Astoria members receive other benefits and access to amenities that include discounts on the breakfast buffet and food & beverage charges, discounts on concessionaire shops and services, discount on shopping destinations in the vicinity, discounts on transportation and limousine service, complimentary welcome drinks and a complimentary fruit platter.
