South Forbes Golf City
In 2004, Cathay Land embarked on its most ambitious project to date: the 250-hectare world-class, integrated golf resort city South Forbes Golf City in Metro Sta. Rosa. The revolutionary project initiated by its top-level management has resulted in a total redefinition of the company. It has renewed the company’s focus and drive towards providing the most modern and excellent real estate facilities in the country.
Today, it already has several themed residential subdivisions contained within the project. These include the Mediterranean Villas, Bali, Phuket, and Tokyo Mansions, Golf View Terraces and Chateaux de Paris. The 18-hole golf course is also currently open, with the Golf and Leisure Club available for use as well. Future projects include the exclusive Sentosa Heights and Miami Mansions.
