This is my 5th trip to the Philippines and at last I have found a hotel that satisfies my four key requirements: comfort, space, professional and friendly service and affordability. Astoria Plaza ia a modern, recently refurbished hotel that is both clean and spacious. In our one-bedroom suite, we had a combined lounge/living room as well as separate functioning kitchen, so you could eat in if you wanted too. On the other hand, room service food is very good and reasonably priced. Other nice features includes: A/C in all rooms, free Wi-Fi access 24/7 in the room, free bottled water and free daily newspaper. There is an LCD TV in both the lounge and the bedroom (with cable channels). The buffet breakfast whilst limited in range changes everyday - great if you are there for a long-term stay (we stayed 18 nights on and off during our time in the Philippines) A free shuttle does the rounds of the local malls (SM Megamall, Robinsons, Shangri-la) The hotel will even store your luggage in a secure area for no charge while you are travelling around. We coudn't fault ther service: speedy check-in and check-out, very friendly and courteous staff in all areas of service: Frond Desk, Bell Service and Housekeeping. All of this for a great room rate.

I have stayed in so called 4-5 star hotels here and elsewhere for 2-3 times the price, half the space, and none comes close to the Astoria Plaza.

I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my family, friends and work colleagues and will make it my hotel of choice for future visits, be they for business or pleasure.

We had the most wonderful time here at Astoria Plaza for the weekend and this may just be the beginning. Club Astoria granted this mini-break stay in Astoria Plaza free, for the rest of the 30-year vacation package is yet to come. We, as newly-weds, await a fruitful and romantic vacation package in the years to come. 

We enjoyed our stay here in Club Astoria because we really had the time to relax with the help of the accommodating staffs, we really felt at home.

My family and I had a nice time during our stay at Astoria Plaza....the staff are friendly and hospitable and they offer good services (esp the transport around Ortigas area around different malls) to make their guests' stay pleasant.

I can't wait for our next visit to the Philippines so I can stay in my "HOME AWAY FROM HOME HOTEL" here in ASTORIA PLAZA again!

My hesistancy in getting a holiday ownership at Club Astoria was put to rest during the mini-break. My balikbayan sister from North Carolina was all praises for the nice accommodation at Astoria Plaza. They are also RCI member but she finds Astoria Plaza rooms nice and even better that where they've been in the states.She even suggested next time they come to avail of my holiday ownership at Boracay and Bohol.

I am thankful I'm a Club Astoria Holiday owner.

If I may add, the staff are all courteous and accommodating.

The stay was more than what we expected. True to its promise to be a get-away from the cities hustles and bustles, keepting essentials close to a good proximity was definitely a plus. The room/suite was perfect, the view (from the 25th) was fantastic, and the service made everybody feel welcome and at home.

We enjoyed our stay this time because we brought along our first baby named Charsylle Bernadette who is 7 months old. Our accommodation was great because of all the amenities inside the hotel. The comfort of my family was a nice experience and looking forward in staying here again.

This is the first time we've availed of our one week holiday stay in Astoria Plaza and had a splendid time specially my children as it made our stay in residential suites very comfortable as if we've never left home.

The amenities were ok as the kids spent most of their time in the pool.

What I can really commend are the numerous staff(s) show courteously assisted us with all our needs and inquiries. I believe they're the reason why our stay here is so pleasant and we'd like to come back to our second home.

It's indeed a great experienced to have stayed in Astoria Plaza for the second time, first, when I availed it last April, when we became a member at Boracay. Second was last August 13 when my husband arrived from a long travel at Brazil  flight back to Manila. I suggested to him to relax and stated here after I availed the mini-break.

It's been a grateful part to us to stay here since I have asked a favor to one of your staff, Ms. Cathy of Customer Service to facilitate our accommodation as I have suggested to pay the 40% just to avail the mini-break in advance payment.

My husband and I decided to spend our free mini-break this week August 12-14 since this coincided with the birthdays of my youngest child and my mom who just turned 69 years old yesterday. August 13, My daughter turned 5 today.

We arrived about 7:30 in the evening, after a 4 hours drive from Silang Cavite, where we reside. We were tired and hungry but the pleasant welcome from Trina - who was on duty in the Customer Service Desk and the comoplimentary drink offered boosted our tired bodies.

The kids spent the next day enjoying the clean swimming pool Whie I enjoyed doin gym works. Although we missed getting internet connections we enjoyed the multi channels provided by cable-tv.

Since wee needed to go to the mall and our vehicle was color coded yesterday, the complimentary shuttle service provided gave us the convenience of a hassle-free day. In total, we truly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to more fun and experiences with Astoria.

My appreciation goes to the prompt and courteous customer service staffs - Catherine who communicated with me during my foreign travels to make sure I get a good booking/reservation on my preferred unit.

Our stay in Club Astoria for one night (July 1, 2009) was very memorable. We requested the gift certificate given to us for an overnight stay here instead of having accommodating abroad, since my husband is leaving in July 4. Together with the kids which seldomly happen, we were together for bonding.

Indeed, it was a good and an opportune time for us to be together. The pleasure of being together is priceless. Although we can do it in another place but since we were given a chance, so we grab it.

My husband and I have had a really hectic & strssful week. The only thing that kept us through the entire week was the fact that we were going to have our much needed R&R at the Astoria Plaza over the weekend.

We were not disappointed Astoria Plaza delivered on our expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the ammenities were world class & the experience was so memorable. We knew that our Club Astoria Membership was a worthwhile investment.

Every year, I used to celebrate the 6-day  with my husband in a hotel and ever since the opening which start the business of Astoria Plaza, I am already a client. I like the kitchen were I can cook for my family and the the same time we can bond together. I like the new set-up of the room including the color of the wall. The hospitality of the staff is also the reason why I always visit Astoria.

Our impression of the room and other amenities provided are wonderful, excellent givent that our three (3) free days have been very very fruitful. Further, room assistance is prompt and courteously done.

Every time that I visit Philippines, I always make it a point to book at Club Astoria, together with some members of my family. A chance to get together with my family. Club Astoria, I can say that the service is excellent, the food are great, the facilities are clean.

We stayed at Astoria Plaza using our mini-break compliment from our Club Astoria Membership. It was supposed to be due March 2009 but due to workload and work assignment overseas, we have to request for an extension. Fortunately, Club Astoria granted our request without hesitation and we were able to make use of it this month of July.

The location of Astoria Plaza is convenient and we have noticed there were a lot of other nationals coming in. During our firts day, we asked for a shuttle to the SM Megamall nearby and we met other guests from Hong Kong  who were checked-in at Astoria for their first day. We met new people on our first day and it was nice meeting new faces from another country sharing one thing in common . . . Club Astoria.

I have stayed in several hotels before but there is nothing like Hotel Astoria. Their rooms are beautifully designed without compromising the comfort of their clients. The basic and essential amenities were provided, it is so far the most generous I have ever seen.

And if you get to stay in one of the rooms at the 20th or more floor, you get to experience the thrill of overlooking the beautiful city.

Our stay here is very relaxing, and the service is fine. My guests are impressed with their stay here.

Staying at Astoria during its final leg of my leave has been a very relaxing and wonderful experience for me. My husband and my two year old son. We had a great time swimming in the pool and my son had his first bubble bath! All these simple, little pleasures made our stay  well worth it!

I scheduled this mini-break as a triple treat to my husband and my family coz it's my husband's birthday, Father's Day and our own wedding anniversary.

We've met again. One more stay at your place before we go to school. You know why we like to come back? Astoria provides relaxation to its customers/residents. I don't know to others but in my opinion, Astoria has this welcoming aura that makes the customers want to come back. It has attracted us.

Even though we only stayed for a short period of time, I've experienced the best relaxation I could receive. (School will be tiring!) What else makes Astoria the best? They have the best crew. They serve with smiles which make them more appealing.

It was a unique experience to impersonate the Balinese dancers carved in the temples all over Bali, Indonesia. It is truly a marvelous form of art.

Our vacation in Malaga, Spain was a very lovely experience because it afforded us the opportunity to rub elbows with Europe¡¯s rich and famous!

I have been very skeptical at first when I received a phone call from Club Astoria informing me that I am entitled to a "mini-break" free two (2) nights stay at Club Astoria or at Boracay Gold Crowne Resort. I was informed in detail about this exciting opportunity just by being a member of Club Astoria. So I said to myself, why not try this one out. Being skeptical by nature, I was in "alert-mode" in observing the facility and quality of service that Club Astoria takes pride into. But to my surprise, Club Astoria lived to their word of quality service and spacious rooms! I was speechless...needless to say. I had a relaxing stay together with my family. This is my first experienced to be here in your hotel, Astoria Plaza. Well, regarding for the service, ok naman, very accommodating naman at very polite ang buong staff. Enjoy naman ang mga apo ko sa swimming nila. Maintain nyo lang po yung good service nyo.

First of all, I want to inform you that my trip here in the Philippines was unexpected, it wasn't planned. I arrived here in Manila on the day of my b-day which is April 15. Although my trip wasn't really planned, all my activities were well organized. I got the change to watch a lot of comedy shows, hopping from 1 bar to another every night like Metro Bar, Punchline, Laffline, etc. I got to visit my hometown which is Iba, Zambales & then from there I went to spend 4 days & 3 nights at Boracay. Stayed at Mandarin resort. I was trying to book for an island hopping tour then one guy approached me if I want to have a free lunch in exchange for a presentation. It came out to be a "timeshare" for Club Astoria which I ended up getting one. Although I already have a timeshare at Grand Mayon which I bought when I was in Cancun, Mexico, I decided to get this one coz' the price is reasonable & it's worth buying it. I was given free 3 days & 2 nights stary at Astoria Plaza and I'm very much pleased with their service.

Staying with Astoria Plaza is a great experience you can get especially with my family. Having been here several times makes me feel at "HOME AWAY FROM HOME" Thank you so much!!!

We had a good stay with our family at Astoria Plaza, Pasig. My son who graduated Cum Laude at University of the Philippines Diliman had a great time!

The experience here was amazing. It was our first time here and it was worth the stay. The staff were friendly and very approachable. The facility was nice and comfy. I, personally would love to go back here again, ang again, ang again. =)

The place is cool, I love it and there are so many shops just aroound the vicinity. The rooms are spacious, In as much as we want to invite some friends to stay overnight, the hotels restriction limit our desire to. But we like the place.
